Medicare & Government Schemes

Support for eligible patients.

Yes! We bulk bill eligible patients under the following Medicare schemes:

  • General Dental Scheme: For basic dental care (eligibility criteria apply).
  • Emergency Dental Scheme: Immediate care for urgent dental issues.
  • Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS): Covers children aged 2–17 for essential services (check eligibility via Medicare).
  • DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs): Services for Gold Card holders.

Private Health Insurance

Seamless claims for your convenience.

Yes! We work with most major health funds and offer on-the-spot claims via HICAPS. Bring your membership card to your appointment.

We accept all major providers, including:

  • BUPA Platinum Members
  • Medibank Member Choice Members
  • HCF More for Teeth Program
  • NIB First Choice Members
  • Funds under NIB Insurance: ING, Suncorp, Apia, AAMI, GU Health, Qantas Insurance, and RT Health.

We still accept most providers! Confirm coverage with your insurer or ask our team for assistance.

Yes! Our clinic has wheelchair access and facilities to ensure comfort for all patients.

Eligible clients  can be treated by private dental service providers under General Dental Scheme (GDS), Emergency Dental Scheme (EDS), Pensioner. Clients who are holding concession cards, health care cards or pensioner cards  can call their community SA Dental clinic if they have an emergency dental issue. They will need to answer screening questions before an emergency voucher provided by SA Dental Services for them to see a private dentist. Please call us on 8243 7711 for further information.

Of course! We’re proud participants in the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) and love helping kids build healthy smiles.
